Confused about the James Coburn Flint Movies

The 1966 film Our Man Flint is on sale, is $6.99, and is a UV title from 20th Century Fox. It's a spy spoof starring James Coburn. It's a fun movie. My brother picked up and I like it.

So I thought I would return the favor. In Like Flint, the sequel made the very next year, also by Fox, is $13.99. I got it wanting to share it with my bro. Only thing is, it's not UV, something I failed to notice till after I bought it.

Not looking for a refund, but I am wondering, what gives? Is there a chance to petition it to be made UV since it's the same series and all?
