    Is anyone else still waiting on Jumanji: The Next Level UHD Disc + Digital?

    My order says "Arriving on 03/19/2020". I haven't received it and there's no tracking number.

    I know there's a lot of delays right now. But if everyone else has received it already, then I need to contact them and get this fixed.

    I don't order from Vudu (Walmart) anymore because of the shipping delays that keep occurring. I ordered this one from Amazon and got it Thursday of last week.

        I still haven't received it. I contacted Vudu customer support. They told me that the order status was "processing", and I needed to contact Walmart customer support. So I contacted Walmart and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

          I purchased mine on March 5th and the disc was delivered on March 17th. What date did you purchase tbdave?

              I haven't received my either. Unlike other D+D that have already passed the physical disc street date this title has no tracking details in the Vudu order summary so it has not shipped at all. I ordered the first day it became available to order.

                This is such a mess.

                I heard back from Walmart customer support. They said that my order is "stuck" and they will need to cancel the order. My case gets forwarded to another department. A few days ago by and I get a generic cut-and-paste response that they can't help me since my account is "closed".

                I have no idea what that means. My account is obviously open. I was charged for this order and never received it. And it sounds like they won't help get it fixed.

                  So do I need to contact Walmart then?

                  Sounds like there's nothing we can do from our side to resolve.

                  Last resort would be to file a claim with your credit card but that would prob get your Vudu movie account locked.

                    I heard back from Walmart customer support and they said that my D+D order has been cancelled. I asked them when I'll get a refund. They said that since the order was cancelled, I was never charged for the order. But that's wrong. My Paypal was charged when I placed the order.

                    This is so frustrating. I keep having to go back and forth with multiple customer support people and it takes 24-48 hours in-between each reply. So much wasted time and effort.

                      Hopefully this gets proactively resolved.

                      It can be a pain to self monitor especially if you?re buying D+D weekly and even more so when it doesn?t ship for more than a few weeks.

                        It's been about 3 weeks, and I'm still trying to get this fixed. Walmart customer support said that since Vudu charged my Paypal account, then I have to get Vudu to give me a refund. So now I'm waiting to hear back from Vudu. It's just back and forth, back and forth, again and again.

                        This is stupid. How difficult can it be to cancel an order and give a refund. You shouldn't make your loyal customers jump through endless hoops. Why can't I get a customer service person to fix this for me?
