    Video Playback on Hisense and Roku

    All,

    I am having an issue on both my Hisense TV and a Roku TV. When we try to play any movie or TV show, it begins to load and then after a few seconds goes right to the end screen that asks you to rate the movie. This happens every time on both TVs. Any suggestions?

    I just got an insignia roku TV yesterday and I'm experiencing the same issue. It's very frustrating....

          I have been having this same issue on my Roku 4 and my New Roku Streaming Stick for about a month or so now. Has anybody heard of an update to this issue? They told me to do an uninstall/restart/reinstall. That did not work. A restart of the system works for one movie but the very next movie the Rate/Share screen appears after 2 to 4 seconds of my starting the movie. And is this some isolated incidents or is simply no one saying anything about it?

            If you guys are still having issues with the Vudu app crashing/rate screen bug on Roku products, please provide the following information so we can investigate this issue further, thanks.

            - Make and model of the Roku device (Settings > System > About)
            - Content that's exhibiting this behavior and the quality (SD, HD, HDX, UHD)
            - Roku Software/Firmware version (Settings > System > About)
            - Vudu app version (Settings (gear icon) > System Info > Vudu Client Version)
            - Audio/Video Settings (Settings > Audio), (Settings > HDMI), (Settings > Display Type)
            - Audio/Video Setup (Audio receiver, HDMI, Composite, etc.)
            - Do you use other streaming services on the same device? (Netflix, Amazon, etc.)

            PLEASE ALSO PERFORM A POWERCYCLE ON THE DEVICE. UNPLUG FROM THE POWER SOURCE, WAIT A MINUTE AND PLUG BACK IN. LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELPS OR NOT.

              Roku was able to replicate this issue and is working on a fix in a future firmware update. No ETA at this moment.
