The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Now that VUDU has new ownership... some suggestions / feedback, if I may?

    Now that VUDU has new ownership... some suggestions / feedback, if I may?

    IMPROVE THE APP

    -#1 (HUGE!) --> Allow the user to select / set the download location. Portability and / or memory space are big concerns.

    -#2 (ALSO HUGE!) --> For PURCHASED (owned) content, allow users to set up multiple / unlimited play lists (not a List like offered now... an actual Play List that can be sorted in the order we want it) (to save VUDU on computer space, save the "list" file to the users device).

    -#3 (BIGGIE!) --> Allow individual "extra" "bonus" and single episodes to be added to those Lists (see above)!

    -#4 (REALLY BIG!): --> Allow off-line use of the App!

    -#5 (AND BIG!): Hide sale / rent / free content we have all ready PURCHASED (own)! It would make browsing so, so much easier!

    -#6 Under TV Networks, please update / improve the categories. There are categories missing for some "Networks" for which VUDU offers content from (VUDU, HULU, Netflix, Amazon...).

    -#7 Change the "Rating Sorter" -- "and below" is far too inclusive.


    ALLOW US TO BUY FREE TO WATCH MOVIES / TV

    There is content on VUDU that is Free to Watch only. It would be nice if we could also BUY that content and add it to our collections. (Examples: Lexx, Alf, Cisco Kid, Grace Under Fire, and many more).


    ALLOW US TO BUY LISTED BUT OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE CONTENT

    There is content listed on VUDU that is not Free to Watch, nor is it available to Rent / Buy (as a movie, as a season and often not even as episodes). If it is listed, why can't we buy it? Please give us a BUY option on those. (Examples: Scary Movie IV, Avengers (BBC) Seasons 2 & 3; Forbidden History Season 1; Dead Files Season 1; The Middle Season 5; The Simpsons Season 3; In Search Of (2018) Season 1; and many, many more.


    ADD AND THEN ALLOW US TO BUY CLEARLY MISSING CONTENT

    There are TV Shows offered on VUDU, but not all seasons are listed or offered for sale! The same is true for some Movie Franchises. Please add all seasons and Movie Sequels! (Examples: Hercules the Legendary Journeys Season 2 thru 6; Xena: Warrior Princess Seasons 5 & 6; Picket Fences Season 2 thru 4; Reba Seasons 1 & 2); Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea Seasons 2 thru 4; CHiPs Seasons 3 thru 6; I Dream of Jeannie Seasons 4 & 5; The Flintstones Seasons 5 & 6; WKRP in Cincinnati Seasons 2 thru 4; Scary Movie IV; Neverending Story III; and many, many more.)


    HOW ABOUT AN INCENTIVE PROGRAM?

    Maybe some sort of credit, even if 1% to 5%, of every dollar we spend with VUDU, that is granted to us at the end or beginning of each month, or quarter?

    The studios decide what programs are available for sale or rent or free, not Vudu. Digital content generally uses the agency model not wholesale. The content owner (studio) sets the availability and price and the retailer keeps a percentage of the transaction. Wholesale pricing is more like a physical store, where the store pays a certain price for goods and then sells to the customer for whatever (more or less) price the store chooses.

    In the case of missing movies and seasons that other retailers have available, I think Vudu can prod the studio to make them available.
