    unable to start playback

    Hi,

I have the error mentioned in the subject both on google chrome and firefox on Linux. What should I do? I wrote to support more than a day ago. Can I get assistance here?

We do not support playback on Linux.

      1. It is not an answer to my question
      2. Where is it written? How do people know before buying the movie and trying to play?

At the bottom of each web page there is a section that says Help and under that is Devices. When you go to that page it shows the types of devices that are supported. It says "PC or Mac? We say both!" It should say "Windows or Mac" or something instead.

Is there any update on the case? Does vudu just steal money if it does not work? I still haven't gotten any reply from the support.

Vudu is notorious for closing cases without resolution. I have at least a few they said they would escalate and then never did anything about and closed. Two recent cases are:

            200823-000209 and
            201103-000531

            500 UHD
            771 HDX
            5 SD
