    Spartacus Blood and Sand 4K?

I just realized that FandangoNow has Spartacus Blood and Sand (and rest of seasons) in 4K. SInce Vudu is now owned by Fandango i thought I'd also be on the VUDU site. Not the case. I have bad experience with FandangoNow and Video Quality so hesitant to purchase. 2 questions
    1. Has anyone watched the 4K season on Fandango
    2. Would this transfer over to Vudu if purchased (to watch from the VUDU app)

    thx

Hi FurbarFrenzy, It all depends if the studio that produced Spartacus Blood and Sand is one that participates with Movies Anywhere? If it does and if your accounts are linked it may transfer to Vudu, but if Vudu does not offer it in 4K, you may only be as able to watch it in HDX on Vudu and not in 4K. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah it looks like in this case it wouldn't even transfer over. I did reach out to Fandango to see if the Spartacus set has HDR, they had no idea. Heck for 10 dollars think i'm going to give it a shot. Great first season (actually all of them are)

Update, The Spartacus 4K set does not have HDR per the Fandango Rep. I purchased anyway only to get refunded since for some reason on LG Webos, 4K Fandango no longer works.

I just tried the recently released "Godzilla 2014" as well as "Black Hawk Down" using the LG WebOS and they both played in 4K HDR. It seems it's working on my TV so maybe you have an older version of WebOS?

Well that is interesting. I just tried to go back in the Fandango app and play a 4K movie, 1917 (purchased via VUDU, but came over). Funny thing, it did play for about 10 min in 4K HDR before I got the lagging circle again. Even though it stopped working, the fact that it did kinda debunked the Fandango Rep.

I am running the Webos though an LG OLED B7. So not terribly old, but certainly not the latest Webos that are on the new sets.
