Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     All listed in original post and post 13. Shows ticket # and all titles. Post 18 listed 1 title fixed yet it is only 1 of many on that help ticket.

    It may help if you list the titles that are still an issue. I was in the same boat as you when the libraries were merged, and replying with a list of titles still requiring attention seemed to get the issues resolved faster, or at the very least helped to show a trend. In my case it was a studio-specific issue - currently all of my outstanding issues are with movies from Sony, and that has helped the person working on my issue know where he needs to put pressure on to get them resolved.

    Been another month. Has there been any work towards fixing the issue from my tickets? I ask since I still have those issues and do not know if it is because the issues are difficult to solve or if the issues are not being worked. Please let me know.

    all other titles from that ticket and all other tickets previously mentioned as unresolved are still unresolved.

    Glad to hear some more things are being resolved. Hoping that eventually all the issues are resolved. Yet also hoping that eventually is sooner rather than later.

    All of my FandangoNow titles that I purchased in UHD have now been correctly upgraded to UHD on Vudu for me. I think there were 25 in the beginning.

    Still waiting on Season 1 of Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23 to start working! Seems to play fine on iPhones, but not browsers or TVs.

    • 20210814-CCVUEO : Best Thing I Ever Ate: Season 9, Episode 4 from FandangoNOW did not merge into VUDU
    • 20210814-8ZAQ04 : 10 movies (all MA) that were HD at FandangoNOW only have SD encodes at VUDU

      • Last Stand at Saber River (Purchased HD at FN)

      • While I have the Lorax 1972 Deluxe Edition MA shown as purchased HDX at VUDU it only plays SD, my FandangoNOW account had a separate Lorax 1972 which was HD at FN. This does not show up in my VUDU account.

    Peter Sellers collection (already reported as solved)
    Extreme Home Theaters
    Lie to Me Season 3

    All others are still issues on 12/11.

    Is there any hope for getting these fixed?

    And maybe I misinterpreted the comments on Resolution.

    While the email was a bit discouraging, the reply here was very helpful and very encouraging.

    It was tedious to scroll through the email and looked to somehow contain most of not all of my FN merger tickets. (I had sent a note for each ticket about not receiving a reply which was the same text. So there were multiple replies from each ticket all present in that email. While that makes it seem like impatience, it was really more about lack of status)

    I answered back stating my disappointment in the reply and asking for the escalation they mentioned.

    Then moments later I came here to the Forum and found your encouraging response.
    I have taken over the case and will work on it from now on. I'll get back to you with an update soon. Thanks for your patronage and loyalty. I'll try to make things right for you!
