The Original Christmas Classics (Bundle) Not porting to MA

Back in NOVEMBER I purchased The Original Christmas Classics (Bundle). The 4 included movies show MA logo in their More Info section.

All 4 show purchased in my VUDU account BUT they NEVER ported to MoviesAnywhere.

If I visit the MoviesAnywhere web site, search for these movies, I see Select Retailer because it thinks I haven't purchased, when I select Vudu, it brings me to Vudu showing "You purchased in HDX" with the option to watch since it was included in the bundle purchase, and the titles have MA logo in the More Info section.

I submitted a ticket to VUDU Customer support on November 27, 2021, including the ABOVE details and links.

I FINALLY got a response today telling me these titles are not part of MoviesAnywhere, and "For future reference, you can see if a movie on Vudu is compatible with Movies Anywhere by looking for the blue and purple "MA" logo in the additional details. If the logo is present, the movie is compatible, and if it is not then the movie is not.

UM, yeah I know that. And I saw the MA logo, which is why I submitted at ticket, and why I included the links and details.

So how do I get this fixed?? How do I get these 4 movies ported to MoviesAnywhere?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Vudu and MA accounts. When you reconnect, MA will automatically scan your entire Vudu library to check for movies that have not yet been imported into your MA library. The four movies should port over at this time.

Unfortunately - while this is typically a thing you can do - in this case, it is wrong.
These titles have a known issue with porting and Vudu still needs to fix it. It's not as easy as refreshing the MA link. These particular titles are broken in some way.

If you purchased on Vudu, you should be able to submit a proof of purchase to Movies Anywhere and get that fixed. MA has said to me in the past that, since Amazon Prime Video is horrible at actually indicating what titles they sell are MA-eligible, if I ever find an eligible title not porting back to Movies Anywhere, that I could then send them a proof of purchase and they would handle it on their end.

It's at least worth a try....

Exceptionally frustrating that this is STILL not fixed, a year later and with another holiday season rapidly approaching.

FIXED? These titles have ported from my VUDU account into my MA library, so it's possibly fixed.

Yes, it finally appears fixed. I don't know when, but they do now show up in MoviesAnywhere and in under my Amazon Prime movies "Purchases" listing.
