Vudu Fandango Promo Code A&W program run by people who have no idea ?

Fandango is running this program where you can earn $5 in Vudu or Fandango promo credits for eligible purchases like root beer soda.

I have make numerous submissions that meet all their criteria and every time I try a submission all I get back is that we can’t accept your submission. No reason given.

Once they said they couldn’t determine the eligible product. It was circled, highlighted and even put a gold star of it and they still couldn’t determine what product was

I’ve gone though all the fine print. I’m submitting eligible products, during eligible dates, in the eligible format they want, from eligible sellers.

EVERY time they just say they can’t accept, or can’t approve. No specific reason has to have to meet their requirements.

One time they sent me a laundry list of requirements of what they needed of which I had met all of them.

I tried customer service, if you can call it that, and stayed the same. They said they were back logged and to wait until my submission had been processed. I already mentioned it had been submitted, processed, and denied for no specific reason.

I’ve tried different photos, scans, resolutions, formatting

My information submitted exceeded what’s been asked.

Whoever is doing this processing, I’m assuming they’re offshore, appears to have no training what so ever. Customer service don’t seem to understand clear English.

Who is running their program. In decades of submitting these type of programs and working for major companies offering these types of programs I’ve never seen such absurdities.

Any help here. I bought all this product to get the program offers and no one running this program, processing submissions, or handling the customer service seems to have any idea what’s going on.

I have been having the same problems since trying to enter this contest. I've submitted 9 receipts since 9/1 and all but 1 has been rejected. These are from Walmart Grocery delivery, 2 in-person Publix receipts, and an Amazon grocery delivery receipt. Every single one was denied. If I were to guess, I think they have AI 'approving' these and I imagine most of them are being spit out and rejected. The only way I've been able to get them approved was to contact customer service and have them manually apply the points. Although, I will warn you. Sometimes they tell you 'it's fixed' and it's not and you have to email them back again to tell them it's not fixed, but that's the only workaround. Ask them to please have someone manually review the receipts because they're being rejected.
