      I'd be surprised. It's more likely that redeeming the code through MA results in both titles as distinct entries in the MA library, and each one ports as the other to VUDU.

      It's easy enough to check per post #12 above. Use the "See Retailers" buttons for both entries on MA and see where they take you on VUDU. (I just tested it and they're still reversed.)

            Me too, even though there is another group that always tells people that it's better to redeem on Vudu, I still use MA. Vudu has too many problems and the support is just getting worse. They just ignore you now but it used to be where they were very good. That all changed when the owner went to Fandango.

              No, it doesn't. Yes, you get both copies in VUDU, but only because each title in MA is porting to VUDU as the opposite copy. Nothing has been fixed; VUDU and/or MA still have the IDs for the Theatrical and Extended versions flipped.

                How do I fix this on my Account? I purchased on MA and it is not syncing to vudu. I chatted with support and I apparently got someone oblivious to this issue.

                  I would contact MA support. They can take a look to see if the data is getting transferred to FAH.

                    This is the response I got from MA:

                    Our team is aware that Jurassic World: Dominion is not flowing over to Fandango at Home.

                    Our team has been working with them to sort out why the movie is not flowing over and has been unable to figure out why at this time. They are still working to get this resolved, but we do not have an ETA of when this issue might be resolved.

                    In the meantime, you can enjoy viewing Jurassic World: Dominion with your Movies Anywhere account.
                    So we are going on close to a year with the same issue that pretty much was documented in the first couple posts of this thread?

                        Current sale on the 6-film collection on iTunes is going to be affected by this, with the Theatrical copy of Dominion purchased within the iTunes bundle showing up on VUDU as the Extended cut.

                          This is just one of those issues that will likely never get fixed, especially now that so much time gas passed.

                          There is a similar issue with “The Abyss” on Google. If you purchased a license on Google, it isn’t flowing to other MA retailers and if you purchased/redemed at a MA retailer, it is not flowing over to Google. Both MA and Google have been aware of the issue since the title debuted on digital last year, but neither party have been able to figure it out.
