The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). DEVICE LIMIT vs. STREAM LIMITS (please raise DEVICE limits)

    DEVICE LIMIT vs. STREAM LIMITS (please raise DEVICE limits)

    Having an 8 active device limit, which includes iOS devices, is simply too low for a modern household.

    Limiting active contemporaneous streams ... is reasonable - Netflix does this.

    But if a family of 4 has several household smart TVs, a Roku or two, each has a phone and an iPad/tablets, activating-deactivating these 20-24 devices is a pain.

    Please raise the device limit (or remove the device limit) that can be active on an account.

    If you want people to use and watch VUDU, don't make it hard to do so. Consider the modern device proliferation.

    Strong second I have requested this previously. All this limitation does is make some household members use other uv enabled vendors to access content. This does not help vudu in any way.

      I wholeheartedly agree with the OP- my household has over 17 devices that can stream and activating/deactivating is a pain in the neck. It puts a damper on the whole experience.

        Be glad the limit is eight. it used to be five. For years I complained about the five device limit. And was glad when it was raised to eight. But ideally I would need a limit of several dozen to be able to access Vudu on all my Devices. So how Netflix does it is nice. Of course Netflix has different content though.
