RECENT VUDU and FANDANGO CREDITS - Can't Redeem - Expired 90 Days Too Soon

$5 Credits earned by spending $20 on a "World Elite Mastercard" on Vudu or Fandango between 8/21 and 9/23 -
"must be activated and reward chosen within 90 days of reward link issuance" according to the credit terms and policies.

Many of these credits came in THIS week and are already not redeeming.
They should redeem through January 1, 2024.
They are throwing an "Uh oh! It's us, not you." error 500: Unexpected.

Any other current credits are showing expired as well.

For reference here is a link to the promo details:

Please fix. This is very frustrating. I was stockpiling some of these for releases coming out in October but now none of the credit links will work. The promo clearly says I have 90 days and many of the emails have clearly stated expiration dates weeks away. When I click the reward link it lets me chose Vudu and is clearly still acknowledged but then rather than porting into the credit code page it just gives the 505 error.

Also the promo stopped working a day early and none of the purchases from 9/30/23 (advertised last day) were credited. Personally I made a few last minute purchases so would appreciate 9/30 date credit aligning with the promo details.

I tried to call support but they seemed a bit unsure of details and asked me for promo receipts and advertising information; this will be hard to provide since the promo tracking occurred through Vudu and involved each increment of $20.

Are there any other avenues to seek help?

I am missing a couple of promos as I purchased during the 29th and 30th that they did not credit my account. When I tried to check the tracker on 10/1, it was giving me that 500 error. Looked like it was automatically removed after the 30th. But, they should have counted my purchases on the 29th and 30th.

[Reposting without it since an earlier post with the promo link was marked 'unapproved']

I tried to call Vudu but they are requesting I email in receipts and give them promo details - when it was all tracked on Fandango side through the 'Reward Tracker.' They said it would be 'expedited' but they dont seem to understand it's an in house Vudu/Fandango metric/system and link protocol that's broken. Also since it issued rewards every $20 that's a lot of info to try to share.

I'm having the same issue. I converted over $440 wortth of DVDs to digital in the last week of September and received 22 reward links, but I can't access any of them. I contacted VUDU with screen shots of everything including the error message I received.Initially they tried to tell me the promotion ended on Sept 30th. When I showed them the detials of the offer, which indicates the links do not expire until 90 days after issuance even after the promotion period, they told me to contact World Elite Mastercard since they initiated the promo. Instead, I contacted Fandango, since it's their link that is the problem, and they told me to email help@fandango.com, so I did that about two days ago and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I'm not letting this go, since I'm due $110 in reward credits and I did everything according to policy as advertised.
