Ennio documentary not playing at all

Hi, guys. I purchased the new Ennio documentary over the weekend. When I try playing it on my Roku, it only plays the trailer.

When I try playing it from the website, I get an error message.

Similarly, when I try playing it from the mobile app on my phone, I get a network error message.

I have no problems playing anything else in my Vudu library. I make purchases every week and have a large library to test.

I created a support ticket but they keep giving me the runaround and closing my ticket without reading all the information I've provided.

This is clearly not a hardware problem, a connection problem or an application problem as I can play the rest of my content. It's a coding problem on the pages for this Ennio documentary.

I've asked for a refund but they keep closing my ticket.

Are there actually Vudu employees checking this forum who can help escalate this?

    Ben

I've notified the content team to take a look at this.

Felipe, thanks for your attention. As an update, support has issued a refund. I would buy this again though, when this has been corrected.
