    Can't get marketing texts or emails

    I had been getting the marketing emails without any problems, in my inbox, until Vudu became Fandango at home. I was also getting the text messages until about 2 weeks ago. Emails are not going into my spam box and they aren't a blocked sender. I am just no longer getting them. Text messages are not blocked, again I'm just not getting them. I've written to support multiple times and they have no suggestions. They are showing that I'm signed up for the emails. My account settings also say I've signed up for them.

    They told me to whitelist the email address the marketing emails from. HOWEVER, since I'm not getting the emails, I don't have it and they WON'T give it to me even though I've asked numerous times.

    They can't tell me if I've magically been unsubscribe from the texts. Can anyone tell me how to sign up for them? I don't remember how I did it and there is nothing in account settings so I can't see if I've still subscribed.

    They send me troubleshooting tips for MOVIE PLAYBACK but no real help for the actual issues I'm having.

    Any suggestions? Can anyone give me the email addy that the marketing emails come from so I can try whitelisting it? I also want to give it to outlook support so they can investigate.

    email@email.vudu.com is where emails are sent from.
