Fandango Forum Guidelines

The Fandango are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango experience. Here, Fandango customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango Streaming and Fandango Streaming related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango Streaming service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Fandango Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Fandango reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
3. "Spam" content, references to other products, advertisements, or other offers
4. Spiteful or inflammatory comments about other users or their comments
5. Comments that may potentially violate the DMCA or any other applicable laws
6. Comments that discuss ways to manipulate Fandango at Home products/services, including, but not limited to, reverse engineering, video extraction, and file conversion.

Additionally, please keep in mind that although Fandango retains the right to monitor, edit, and/or remove posts within Fandango Forums, it does not necessarily review every comment. Terms of Use - User Comments, Feedback, Reviews, Submissions

For all reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Fandango, on or through this Site, by e-mail or telephone, or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection you use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") you grant Fandango a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable right and license to use the Comments however Fandango desires, including, without limitation, to copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and /or distribute such Comments and/or incorporate such Comments into any form, medium or technology throughout the world.

Please add purchase for Hercules (full s1+), Xena s5-6, and Transformers

    Please add purchase for Hercules (full s1+), Xena s5-6, and Transformers

    Hi,

    I've requested these in the past but they are now available on streaming via other services:

    - Hercules The Legendary Journeys s1 movies (missing from the Vudu s1) and S2 and up have recently become available for subscription-based-rental from Amazon (meaning, you have to pay a subscription fee to watch them, so to me a form of rental). s2 and up were not available on streaming previously as far as I know; this is new. Therefore, please request these from the studio so as to make them available for purchase. I'd rather dig out my disks than pay for Amazon for temporary streaming rights - what I want is a purchase option. The s1 movies were briefly available on some obscure advertisement-only service then disappeared, but are now part of those that have recently become available on Amazon. The best approach would be to add a complete bundle of Hercules (again, for PURCHASE).

    - Xena seasons 5-6 have been available to buy from other services for a long time now; please add these. The best approach would be to add a complete bundle (although for me, I've got 1-4 so would be buying the individual seasons 5-6). There are other services with a complete bundle.

    - Transformers (1984 animated) all seasons have recently become available to watch with advertisements on a Roku-owned channel. Seasons 2-4 were previously not available at all on streaming as far as I know; this is new. Therefore, please request these from the studio so as to make available for purchase. I'd rather dig out my disks than watch advertisements - what I want is a purchase option. Further, season 1 IS available for purchase and has been for some time on other services (I own it on Amazon), so please make this available for purchase. The best approach would be to add a complete bundle of Transformers (again, for PURCHASE).

    Again, I've requested these before; but the difference for Hercules and Transformers is that most seasons that were previously unavailable at all have recently become available on other services (although sadly without a purchase option), so maybe Vudu has a better chance of getting them now (but for purchase).

    After I posted this I realized that the Transformers episodes are mixed up on the Roku channel; if these are added for purchase to Vudu, please check (probably with the studio) to make sure that it does not contain the same errors.

    Specifically, there are random season 2 episodes that are tacked onto the end of season 1, there are season 2 episodes that are out of order or missing entirely, and some multi-episode stories are missing episodes. There may also be other errors in other seasons. Again, please correct these problems if these are added for purchase to Vudu. The correct running order and complete list of episodes can be found in various locations online and on the DVD set. Basically, season 1 is fairly short (16 episodes if I remember correctly), season 2 is VERY long, season 3 is somewhat long, and season 4 is only 3 episodes.

    Further, as for my original request to add the purchase of Hercules (full s1, s2-6), Xena s5-6, and Transformers 1984 s1-4, I should have also specifically included:

    FelipeF could you please ask someone to look into getting these shows/seasons added to Vudu (for purchase)? - thank you

      Would you please ask if we can get seasons 2 and 3, also? (for purchase) - thanks. Some advertisement-only sevices have them, but I want to PURCHASE them like with season 1.
