    The Outlaw Josey Wales 4K code is currently redeeming the HDX bundle of The Outlaw Josey Wales / Pale Rider Double Feature (Bundle)


    Update, This has been fixed but now the code does NOT redeem on Fandango At Home

    I have this same problem. I tried to redeem the code but it said there was an error. Movies anywhere and Warner Bros both say Vudu redeemed the title with a date and time. I’ve been waiting 3 days for Fandango customer support to reply as to why it shows redeemed but is not in my account

        Still waiting on Fandango customer support. Annoying that both Movies Anywhere and Warner Bros can respond within 24 hours with the time and date Fandango redeemed the movie but I can’t get a response from Fandango or get my account corrected. It obviously redeemed through Fandango even though it said there was an error.

          They seem to be having a lot of redeem issues lately. But each seems to be title specific. Im guessing something in the process of connecting for validation just gets messed up from someone not paying attention.

            My biggest concern is Warner Bros and Movies Anywhere are both showing it redeemed through Fandango (VUDU) with a specific time and date so it obviously did something when I tried to redeem it even though it gave an error. Why I can easily get those two places to see it and have yet to get any info from Fandango is concerning.

              After seeing this thread when it first posted I cancelled my amazon order of the 4k blu-ray, waited for the movie show up on streaming in 4k, and bought it for $12.99 on Fandango. It showed up all other retailers in 4k in my library with no problems. Sorry for your troubles.

                I usually just buy the digital, but I do get the disc to give to my Dad on movies like this as his internet speed is awful where he lives. I pre ordered Outlaw Josey Wales and Pale Rider on disc with the digital code. Had no problems redeeming Pale Rider. I guess I at least have the disc to watch 4K, but it's very annoying the poor customer service Fandango provides.

                Anyone else had any luck with Fandango on this? I'm still waiting for a reply other than their standard instructions on how to redeem a movie. I'm wondering if customer service is just an AI bot.

                  Got this today from Warner Bros. At least it seems it's being worked on.

                        Got an update from WB today. They will issue a new code to be redeemed through Movies Anywhere. Had to send a picture of the code and receipt(again) and should receive the new code once they verify purchase. Looks promising.
