    Owning All Episodes But Not Season?

    Does anyone have this issue? It's super annoying to own all the episodes but the "Own Season" link is still there. I just redeemed Grimm's 5th season UV code and it comes up as me owning the episodes but not the season. Is there a fix for this? Or will there be one?

    Also, random but why did my Season 2 of Grimm only give me the SD? It's from the blu-ray and all the other blu-rays give me the HDX versions?

    Yeah, I have this exact same problems with the last two seasons of Breaking Bad that I redeemed via the UV code: I own all the episodes in HDX but the Own SD/HDX buttons still appear. I've opened a support case in the past but they haven't done anything and haven't been much help:

    "This is something that happens when a TV series imports to VUDU from Ultraviolet and is due to how the licensing is presented. Unfortunately this is something that VUDU does not have any control over. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
    I guess I don't understand why the store doesn't just show you own the season if you own all the episodes, no matter how the license is acquired: via VUDU or UV.

    I've just learned to ignore the Own button, but it's a shame that support can't do anything about it.

      How did you guys redeem redeem.

      Vudu Jake just responded to a similar question for a different tv title..

      "Most likely Flixster added the episodes individually to UV instead of just adding the whole season.

      Currently VUDU apps do not disable the season purchase option if individual episodes are added via UV."

        In both of my cases I redeemed the UV code that came with the Blu-rays.
