King Kong (2005) UHD - missing

Hey there. King Kong ultimate extended edition was released on UHD today, but you guys haven't added it. Since it is a Universal pictures film, will you be adding it? Is this another HDR10 issue like there is with The Mummy films?

Also, please change the title of the thread from 2015 to 2005. I can't figure out how.

My UHD code doesn't work for any King Kong titles on Vudu.

The movie is available to play in UHD plus HDR on FandangoNow.

I know, but I like redeeming/watching though VUDU. That way, when the UV site goes down, my movies are still available at my primary viewing location. I'm sure that VUDU will say its because the movie is HDR10 rather than Dolby Vision like they did with The Mummy, which is absolutely unacceptable. They need to stop alienating their customers and start supporting HDR10. They said they plan to, but it is taking far too long.

That's what you get for being a Vudu purist. You are missing out on UHD redemptions. I would rather have UHD available then worry about all movies being attached to Vudu. The UV site has gone down 2 times since I've been using Vudu in 5 years. Even if it goes down, it's not for long and I can easily do something else for that time.

Agreed 100% I redeem at all the sites.

Me too, I use this before redeeming every time:

                https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...Htmh4/htmlview

                58 UHD
                794 HDX
                2 SD

You can definitely redeem the code for UHD, using another site - BUT ... why isn't it UHD at VUDU?

That is the question on the table.

The advent of the UHD technololgy at the various studios and streaming vendors has been the most inconsistent thing I have ever seen. This is much worse than during the blu-ray vs. HD DVD timeframe.

Yes, since it's Universal Studios it should have been available in UHD at Vudu but again it's inconsistent. Have you tried calling Universal Studios?
