Couple of updates -

(i) Yes, we are going to start supporting Sony titles w/ 4K+HDR if available. Baby Driver already has 4K+DV.
(II) Everyone who pre-orders is getting a $3 credit on release.
(III) We are diligently working on HDR10 for Samsung and other devices. Please be patient and we'll get there.
(IV) We'll try our level best to get 4K+DV ready for Tuesday - stay tuned.

I, along with what I assume is many other, pre-ordered. I currently have the HDX copy as "owned". I see the UHD is available, but I haven't been upgraded as of yet. Will the upgrades be rolling out today? Thank you.

Ah. Well. I guess it just boggles me, that I pre-ordered it. And I see it there, available to purchase in UHD. I understand upgrades may take some time, but if it's there to purchase right now, I'm hoping it won't belong before the people who pre ordered receive their upgrade. Personally to me, it would have made more sense to honor the upgrades first.

The email I received says "
Thank you for your pre-order of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Your 4K+HDR (Dolby Vision) upgrade will be delivered as soon as it's available."

I just checked Vudu and the UHD copy is available....but I haven't received the upgrade. WTH. If your going to send out an email saying it's going to be delivered as soon as it's available, then deliver it as soon as it is available!

Has anyone gotten the upgrade yet? I only ask cause I purchased Spider-Man Homecoming HDX this morning for $19.99. At the time the promotion listed in the information, as of this morning, stated "Preorder HDX today and receive UHD". I went ahead and bought it and then realized the movie was already available as of today but I took a picture of the promo info and it showing I owned the HDX. I began watching the movie and had to stop it when I realized that UHD had now become available while I was watching the movie for the same price of $19.99 that I just paid a little while ago. I haven't received an email regarding the upgrade. I'm curious if I didn't qualify for the promotion even though it was still being advertised with "Today" as of this morning? I'd hate to think I screwed myself of out the upgrade. Had I waited about an hour I could've just bought the UHD for the same price.

I was able to watch the HDX pre-order I purchased Monday night at 9PM but the UHD version only shows as available to purchase. Any idea when the "upgrade" is going to happen ?

We are currently working on getting the The Spider-Man: Homecoming UHD upgrade to all of those who qualify. We hope to have this all set within 24 hours.

Yea, I pre-ordered Spiderman: Homecoming HDX like a couple of weeks ago on Vudu for $19.99 and just got the email saying I could purchase the UHD 4K for $19.99, the same price, and get the HDX version anyway.

I will give it a few days and see how it all pans out.

Alright, the UHD upgrade is all set, now what about the bonus features, are those going to be added to the main site? Because I would vastly prefer being able to watch the bonus features on my UHDTV instead of having to watch them on my PC or tablet.....

I noticed that as well but when I started to play it, it was still in Atmos so I guess someone screwed up and removed the Atmos label?
