    I've got a complaint

Vudu is making my wife angry at me. She's sick and tired of having to hear me rave to all my friends about my new Vudu.

Also - the Vudu is making me obese. I now only have to get off the couch to go pop more popcorn or to grab another beer.

I swear... don't add anymore movies to the database or I may just whither away on my couch.

I'm sorry that Vudu is affecting your life in a negative fashion and I will forward this to the execs for you.

Look at the bright side, Rick.

Between Vudu and Poopli, you don't have time to get drunk in the bars!

I like vudu, however, my family really likes to own our own movies. I am still a little hesitent to build a library of movies in case vudu goes by the way side. Why doesn't Walmart have more dvd's for sale with a digital download? This way I can have easy access to my movies and a backup - just in case.

Also, Walmart has a big sale on disney movies. Select movies are $13, however on vudu they are $14.99. Can't we be a little more cost competitve?

Do they have a clause that mentions this in the sale if they were to go under? Google was nice enough to give everyone back their money and people were able to keep the movies when they lauched their movie service for the first time.

I second your concern. I will buy disc+digital until digital files are unlocked. I would love to go 100% digital, but they aren't willing to give me the key to unlock what I paid for (DRM). Walmart's Music Service was shut down, so those DRM protected music files became worthless, once the device needed to become authenticated. (Same thing with MSN music and Yahoo music too). The businesses don't even have to go down - they can just shut down that part.

If VUDU/Ultraviolet go out of business - they take your collection with them.

I'd pay full price for just digital - IF it was unlocked. I simply want to have what I paid for, AND the key to unlock it.

Hostess went out of business, so can VUDU, Walmart, or Ultraviolet! So... until they sell me something I don't need them to play - I'll still buy these stupid old discs - "just in case"! thanks debbiej!
