    Underworld Awakening

This won't show up in my vudu account for some reason. Anyone else redeem their code through flixster and not having it show up here?

How long has it been? It may take a few hours from time you redeemed it on Flixster.

It's been about 3 hours. Usually they show up right away.

        Re: Underworld Awakening

That movie may not be set up for UV yet or set up incorrectly.

2D version has no UV logo: http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...orld-Awakening
        3D version does: http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...d-Awakening-3D

I don't know if this is a mistake or everyone gets a 3D copy (which I doubt). I would put in a ticket (or Support -> Ask a Question) and see what they say.

Let us know how it goes cause that movie will be waiting for me when I get home, so I'm curious as well.

I submitted a ticket. Let's see what they say. It's definitely a UV copy since that's how I redeemed it. It would be odd if they started limiting the UV movies that can be viewed. That would make the linking of accounts less worthy.

Got a response to my ticket and it's not good. They basically said even though it's a UV movie it's not going to be available because Sony said no. They said it's not a D2D movie so it won't be showing up, which makes no sense because i have plenty of other movies that aren't on the disc to digital list that show up there (Harry Potter 7.1 and 7.2, Harold and Kumar, etc...).

Does it show up on your Ultraviolet account?

Yes. That's where I redeemed it at. I double checked and it's on flixster and UVVU.com, just not Vudu.

Does it show on your account on Sonypictures.com/uv? Sorry but for some reason I don't trust registering my movies through Flixster and always do it on the Studio site, unless its Warner of course. It just occured to me that I looked at both The Vow and Underworld Blu-rays today at Walmart and they both have a reference to being able to be played on Vudu on the Ultraviolet sticker. Therefore they should be playable on Vudu (as EVERY UV movie should) and I think the person who received your ticket is probably mislead. I know some of the Vudu CSRs have been a lot more on the ball than others.

                      Re: Underworld Awakening

It's definitely a vudu thing. They told me so. Plus the guy a few posts above said the same thing.
Some other forums are reporting the same problems with Sony titles. Sony movies had a similar problem when D2D started. I wonder the problem was ever fixed completely or if this something new. You'd think with the negative response UV has gotten they'd want to make things easier for people.

Yes at first no Sony titles were showing up on Vudu then they fixed it so they all were. This is probably just another glitch as they all should play on Vudu.

I don't know how they will fix it though if they are denying there is a problem when contacted. I contacted Sony digital also. Hopefully they can sort it out.

Well at first they were not acknowledging the fact that Warner titles were not syncing in HDX across 2 Vudu accounts linked to the same Ultraviolet account. The guy even wanted me to scan the receipts for the original purchase, then he got back to me and said he just found out about that glitch and said that they were working on it, so I wouldn't put all my trust in one Vudu rep.

It could be that they have not just updated it yet to add UV. It still says Digital Exclusive for the title when that's definitely not true anymore.

                              We'll see.
