Interesting it was 3D Blu-Ray and 2D Blu-Ray on one disc, no DVD copy and BOTH iTunes and Ultraviolet digital copies. THIS is how it SHOULD be !

I would call Sony Pictures at 1-800-860-2878 their hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm CT and Sat-Sun 10am to 2pm CT. You should have the Blu-ray case and the UV code handy.

Man, thats awful! Codes from Blu-ray should get both version in HDX. Contact them - Sony is good about correcting this. Send a pic of your BD case UPC code and the UV Code.

Backdraft via Universal (chose VUDU as my option to redeem) showed up as HDX on VUDU. It was a code from a Blu-ray, but since it was an older movie I was very surprised to get HDX. Maybe it's a good sign if you have an old code you haven't used yet.

I'm getting tired of redeeming and getting these 480p versions with Dolby Digital Stereo from a Blu-ray purchase. I also have Blues Brothers and Nutty Professor but will not redeem them. I'd rather take these dics to Walmart for HDX @ $2 instead.
I agree. One would expect that by now Universal would upgrade the SD files to HDX for codes that redeemed that came from blu-ray.

Vudu does not have Person of Interest as a UV series so it won't show.
