Where does one find a UV code for Baby Jane? Is it included in the digibook blu-ray?

I wasn't sure if Universal ever released a UV branded version of Fast Five: Extended Editon with an UV code or if the original FF:EE w/ digital copy version redeemed as HDX on Vudu. My original question was asking for clarification. I decided to try my copy anyway before receiving a response to my original question and found out that the original release with DC redeemed as HDX. Sorry couldn't delete my original post.

I redeemed Scooby Doo! Music of the Vampire through Flixster back in April and only received a SD version. With people recently reporting receiving a HDX version of this title I decided to email Flixster to see if I could get it converted to HD. It took about a week to receive a response but here it is:

    Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Disc to Digital. At this time we are working on enabling this UltraViolet? Digital Copy title to an HD format.

We value customer feedback like yours and are continually working to improve our services.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you for contacting us.

It wasn't exactly what I was hoping for but it might be a sign of things to come. Hopefully, this will mean that WB is working on converting all Blu-ray titles which previously redeemed as SD to HD. I know I'm probably reading too much into it and won't get my hopes up.

I have NEVER received an iTunes version in HD unless I specifically paid for it. So, in addition to the movie in HD, did you get the iTunes extras with it, too?
I normally redeem that way. I don't like Apple but since movies are stored in icloud they don't waste my hdd space.

Universal will almost always give all 3 on new releases. I redeem iTunes last just in case. They've also been giving hd iTunes with new releases. It started around the time jaws was released on blu ray this year.

    I then redeem via Universaldigitalcopy.com/ted.
    I went to http://www.universalhidef.com/digita...b-32b83d9de579

then I choose Vudu and Amazon Instant Video. When I redeemed on the iTunes Store I redeemed directly not using the Universal link. Technically you aren't suppose to get Amazon Instant Video and iTunes Store with the same code.
