If I buy BD w/UV does that entitle me for HDX?

If I pre-order The Dark Knight Rises Blu-Ray which includes Ultraviolet, does that mean I own the Vudu HDX version or will I have to buy both the upcoming HDX version for $19 as well as the Blu-Ray and ignore the UV copy?

    I only want HDX.

    Thanks

Warner Brothers is now giving HDX copies of movies with purchase of the BD. They gave the HDX is you bought Batman and The Dark Knight if you bought the BD that said Ultra-violet. Have you found the BD of The Dark Knight Rises cheaper than $24.99 anywhere?

This is why I don't trust BD w/ UV codes anything can happen. I'd rather purchase the UV film directly on Vudu and throw the BD in the trash in my mind.

I personally wouldn't do that, because if everything one day just closed shop. At least you'd have the physical copy in hand to make your own rip or do what you please with it.

I got a trash can you can throw your blu-rays into.

I think that Warner Brothers would make A LOT of people angry if you didn't get the HDX of The Dark Knight Rises. All of the newer movies from WB are getting HDX if you buy the BD and it says Ultra-Violet on it.

I wish it was always this way. Before Digital Copies went HD I already had HP&TDH Part 2 & Resident Evil Afterlife BD UV digital copies entered. So now if I want HDX I have to pay and do a Disc to Digital for them. I know, "It's only $2 for each" but already having the UV copies come with the BD, I feel UV should have upgraded them when they switched quality.
