. I will admit that it's not most user friendly system to setup at first. However, I think UV needs a better way to educate these morons and the general public! I would think most people online complaining about it would be more tech savvy, just for the sake of them being online. However, I believe I'm clearly wrong when it comes to that...
then we have all the problems with CinemaNow which is not helping UV's image at all with all the problems they are having. Luckly we have Vudu.
