    $3.96 Rack @ WalMart

Just got back from WalMart. My local one has a new DVD rack with a sub $4 selection.

That is some aggressive pricing on new-in-box media.

I've already got all the good ones on that rack...shame there isn't anything else worth getting...then again, I won't by DVDs anymore. Go Blu or go home...woo hoo...then D2D on Vudu.

And they often seem to have a $7.88/Blu bin... Have gotten a few pretty awesome deals there. Many of which these days have UV already attached. WIN! ;o)

With half price D2D conversions through the end of August, I'd rather buy a DVD and pay $2.50 to get the HDX on Vudu and HD UV rights when I can!

That's what I'm doing. Plus I can use the DVDs in the Worst Buy Upgrade and Save program. A $5 coupon in exchange for a $3.96 DVD(plus tax) is a good investment.

Not a bad idea...but I have all the good $3.96 movies already. If they offer some more then I may invest in it.

Stopped by the WM this a.m., but to my great dismay, there was no such rack
However, there were some $5 Blu-rays on the movie rack they have by the entrance, unfortunatly, all the ones I liked I already own on DVD and Vudu.

I have to say I'm disappointed with the latest change at Walmart. My store now has a 12 foot section of $5 DVD's, in addition to the two overflowing $5 DVD dump bins. What a waste of space.
