    Error when checking out

    So I've had about 70 movies in my online cart for about 2 weeks now. I finally went to check out and pay for the movies via the online D2D program, but when I click on "Proceed to Checkout" then "Checkout" I get this message:

    "We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later."

    Anyone else having this problem? It's a valid credit card with more than enough available credit on it. Thanks

    I'm having this issue with only 10 movies in my cart. Tried to make a purchase (with credit) this afternoon, waited a few hours and still the same message:

    "We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later."

    ...were you able to complete your purchase?

      Yes and no.

      A few hours after submitting this message, I checked in the app again and found my list of over 140 movies had been CLEARED OUT. I checked my account on the website and it showed a Vudu credit of $70.00 (the amount it would've cost me to pay for all of those D2Ds).

      I had to go back and re-insert all of those discs into my computer again. Thankfully I kept a list of what had not been converted yet as it would've been nearly impossible to figure out which 140 out of 571 Blurays hadn't been converted yet.

      After I re-added all of them and paid for them, I haven't had any other problems with it.

      No, I was NOT pleased that I had to spend an extra 4 hours re-adding them.
