My in home D2D cart moved to my in store D2D cart...PLEASE HELP!!!

So I finally got all the movies I wanted to do loaded into my in home D2D cart last night and when I went to check out it gave me an error. So I closed the program, went back in and tried to check out and got the same error. This time though it emptied my cart and now I have nothing in my in home D2D cart. I checked the website and look at the in store D2D cart and nothing is in there either.

So this morning I decide to check again and now everything is in my in store D2D cart and nothing in my in home D2D cart. Is there a way this can be fixed. I had borrowed a blu-ray drive from a friend but already gave it back to them and my collection is split between 3 different locations now so this took me a few weeks to finally get the 50+ movies in my cart.

With this happening and with random movies losing UV compatibility and being removed from my uvvu.com locker (which I don't think should ever happen if I'm understanding what UV is all about, having rights to titles forever once you have them) I might just have call it a day from vudu and uvvu and go back to itunes. I love my roku and streaming my vudu through it but there is no guarantee that vudu will be here in the future. Walmart killed their music service and they could do the same with vudu. iTunes on the other hand will never be going anywhere and people might hate apple and their products but for me their stuff always just works for me. My Macbook Pro, iPad 3rd gen, iPhone 4S (waiting for 5S to be released) and appleTV have always just worked and with iTunes in the cloud it's hard to beat. Now if iTunes were to start a D2D program it would be game over IMO.

I would call the Vudu customer service phone number at 888-554-8838 and see if they can restore your VuduToGo cart. I've found that calling is the best way since sending emails might take a long time. Good luck and let us know how it went.

We are looking into this. Can you tell me what kind of error you saw?

Same thing just happened to me. I had 6 titles in my at home cart from yesterday...opened up Vudu to go today and my cart is empty. After seeing this thread I look @ my in store cart and sure enough there were the movies I hadn't bought yet. On phone support now to see if I can get them back in. I know I could get the physical disks again, but I let a friend borrow 2 of the movies.

I have seen VUDU To Go movies loaded to the in store cart in the past. After a disc is recognized if the checkout is not completed and for some reason the in app cart has movies removed, those movies are automatically added to the in store system. I verified this a few times with loading movies that were SD only. I would delete those movies out of the cart and notice they were loaded to the store system.

For the movies still in your possession you can remove them out of the store cart an rescan in the app to complete the purchase. The titles not available any longer will require VUDU's assistance.

Well that was 30 minutes of my life wasted. No real help from Vudu on this issues. Basically just try again. Great....

I've seen a similar behavior where if a title is recognized by the VuduToGo app but you click cancel instead of adding that title to your cart then it will appear in your In Store D2D list. I've also seen the same behavior as you've mentioned where if you remove a title from your cart it gets added to your In Store D2D list.
