No it is changed. They did extend it!

    Terms and Conditions
This Promotion is available from May 29, 2013 through January 31, 2014 (the "Promotion Period"). If you create a VUDU account during the Promotion Period or you have an existing account as of the start of the Promotion Period, VUDU will issue you a two dollar ($2.00 USD) credit, which will be automatically applied; however, the credit is only good towards your next conversion of a DVD or Blu-ray disc (each a "disc") via VUDU's In-Home Disc to Digital service. You are limited to one two-dollar ($2.00 USD) credit per user account during the Promotion Period. This credit will expire automatically ninety (90) days from the date on which VUDU issued the credit to you. Additionally, during the Promotion Period, if you convert ten (10) or more discs via VUDU's In-home Disc to Digital service in a single transaction (that is, you add ten (10) or more discs to your cart and check-out), you will receive a fifty percent (50%) discount off the pre-tax subtotal conversion fees for that transaction. These promotional discounts (collectively, the "Promotion") may not be combined with other promotions or offers from VUDU or Walmart or its affiliates. VUDU may declare this Promotion to be void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Eligibility for this Promotion, conversion of DVDs or Blu-ray discs, and use of the In-Home Disc to Digital service are subject to VUDU's Terms of Service. This Promotion expires automatically by its own terms by Midnight PST on the last day of the Promotion Period.

What I "think" they meant was that they would rather see the promotion end and have access to more titles. Of course I don't think either will happen...they will not extend the promotion and will not add a bunch more titles shortly after the promotion ends. We haven't seen any titles added in a month. Between the lack of new titles added and half of the titles already available not working, it's been almost impossible to take advantage of the promotion.

I just tried to convert The Last Stand and Kill For Me and NEITHER of them would work! I converted Kill For Me through CinemaNow, but The Last Stand isn't available on CinemaNow so I threw it in my bag to take to Walmart the next time I go.

I know that's what the PR states, I was hoping Vudu themselves would chime in and say something.

No close this promotion. I want to see true results, like more eligible titles + MGM & Disney!

I'm sure the bugs will be fixed in time... When The Sale Is Over....

exit The Sloppy Seconds UV Sale

I can get 12-15 as well. But then I can also get 12-15 that don't work as well.

Every (or most every)single Mad Max, Alien, Shrek, Dirty Harry, Lethal Weapon...

    The list goes on...

There are times were I'm going through a collection to convert and I just hit a whole block and it's it's 90+% of the disc are on D2D and they WILL NOT WORK. Mostly coming up and wrong title (all above), sometimes as not recognized (Vegas Vacation, Spies Like Us, Funny Farm, Repo Man)

That use to be the case with me before the promotion started. Of course there were still several that wouldn't work before, just seems that there are a lot more now. I had two this past week that wouldn't work...Mouse Hunt and Lincoln Lawyer and two that would work. I had 3 prior to this that wouldn't work. So instead of having seven in my Vudu TOGO cart, I only have two. So to get my discount I still have to load 8 more titles instead of 3, and based on my experience that would mean that I would probably have to attempt to load at least 16 more DVDs in order for the program to recognize 8 more titles and there just isn't that many more movies remaining on the eligible for D2D list that I care to have. Since they probably will not add any more movies to the list until after the promotion, I will once again be paying full price.
