It's all up to the studios to allow their content to be available on D2D.

Many of your titles are owned by Disney, including all the Touchstone films (like Count of Monte Christo and The Recruit) and Marvel's Avengers titles (Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, etc.).

I also noticed a lot of your titles are produced by MGM. MGM and Walt Disney owned studio's are not a partner with UltraViolet, as of yet.

Did Disney gain digital distribution rights to these Marvel titles already? Paramount itself is still distributing Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America on physical media.

Well, the titles I mentioned are all available through the Disney Movie Club, so I assumed they are under the Disney umbrella.

Hmm. As far as I knew, the only Disney distributed release of those were part of the Phase 1 collection. Oh well, who actually owns what and on which mediums is too complicated for my brain to try to process

The Marvel brand is owned by Disney. This is different from a distribution studio. Iron Man 3 is coming via Paramount.

                I agree. Confusing as hell.

I think I read somewhere awhile ago that the Terminator distribution rights are a spider's web of different production entities.
