I'd saw worth seeing though, maybe a repeat viewing viewing but probably about it. Checking out IMBD it only got 26K+ votes in the last 4 years so not too many people saw it and got a 6.1 out of 10 so decent but not anything to write home about. The interesting thing is that kids, mid-aged, old-aged, male, female all basically gave it 6.1 as well. That is REAL rare so it's basically generally liked by everyone. I'm just surprised I've never seen, or heard of it before. There are plenty of people in the movie though you'll be picking out as having seen in other many movies. I swear it's never been on TV either, not even on Sifi who love this stuff. Maybe the studio canned distribution to not taint Star Trek? It did only pull in $5.8M at the box office too.
Thanks, I generally like this type of movie but I guess I'll pass since it doesn't seem to have much popularity?

Make them $5 instead of $7.88 and that is a better value.
      SOLD!

I am going to go back to raiding my local Wal-Mart's bluebin via a tactical ops strike. There does seem to be a much wider selection in-store over the weekly $7.88 Vudu collection.

So many choices. So many choices....

Re: Blue Bin: Now on Vudu

I gave up on the blue bins after checking two Walmarts and not finding them. Sounds like I need to cast a wider net or just call around. I'd love to find some of the movies that aren't D2D-eligible, like X-Men 2 and Casino Royale.

With the right movie, Vudu could lure me in on the $7.88 online sales but I'd generally prefer to have the disc, as well. I figure we'd better throw some purchase money at Vudu here and there or they'll decide they need to start charging for streaming.

FYI, I got X2 via a bluebin purchase about three weeks ago.

I know that X-2 is in the bin, I want to say I even saw Casino Royale the last time I was at Wally-world. But, don't quote me on that.

I am going to pay a visit to the mother load on Friday to see what's up. I will let you know if 007-CR floats to the surface.

I don't know what part of the country you both are from but I've checked 3 different Walmart's looking for X-2 and not finding it in any of them. None of them have the bins but all of them have the $7.88 movies scattered all over the place.

I r down here in Louisiana. NW corner, could be part of Texas...about 30 miles from the border. The 3 Wally-worlds I visit all have the blue bin of destiny. Unfortunately, they all seem to contain the same movies with maybe 1 or 2 different titles here or there. I've already got the ones I want, not gonna get the sparkly vampire crap series (yes, all 3 movies were in the bin) or the tyler perry movies I've seen in the bins. Not gonna happen...

Oh, and the bin is not always near the movie section. One place has it in the aisle 2 rows over for some reason. 1 has it in front of the photo center (convenient) which is next to the movies, but not where you would expect the bin to be.

I got X-Men 2 at the Wally World in Tustin, Ca. but the blu bin is filled to the brim. Just lucky I guess.

I guess I was just unlucky before. Inspired by others' successes, I contacted 7 other Walmarts near work or home (or in between) and 5 of them have $7.88 bins. I'm going to have some fun hunting over the next few days!

I enjoyed it. But I like end-of-the-world movies (plague, in this case), so it will depend on your film tastes.

If you like zombie movies, Detention of the Dead is a hoot. Just watched that one. It's a bit stage-y, but it turns out it's based on a play (!), so that's the reason. Next up on my to-watch list is Last of the Living, then Sharknado, which I just bought. The DVD from Walmart had a code that redeemed for me in HDX, so I'm a happy camper.

                            Two more quality zombie flixs;
                            1. Cabin in the Woods (a friend and I had a back and forth to decide if this qualifies as a zombie flick and we decided it does)
                            2. Fido (2006)

Cabin in the Woods has the added benefit of also being an end of the world flick.

Thanks, I guess I will wait on both X-2 and American Psycho for their availability on D2D. It's another case where I don't want to keep paying over and over for the same movies. I'll pay the $1.00 or $2.00 (from BD) but not any more unless it's a movie that I don't already have.

I got X-Men 2 (UV) and Quantum of Solace (Vudu only) last Friday at Walmart. I haven't seen any other Bond films available for Vudu.
