Identity Thief redeem problem

    Identity Thief redeem problem

    I tried to redeem Identity Thief and it gave me the 2005 release of King Kong. I already have this movie (King Kong) with the extended version. So if you redeem Identity Thief watch what movie it is for. I have a ticket in with support and they said it would be 3-5 days. Bummer

    Those are both Universal Studios movies. Sounds like they stuck the wrong code in the movie. Hope it gets sorted out. Vudu tickets are hit and miss. Daniel H who moderates this board will sometimes chime in and help you out.

                8 Days later and no fix. I have e-mailed the support team again to see where they are on this issue with still no reply.

                        I put in a request with the support team here. They have to get in touch with the studio that put out the code and get a replacement code for you. Hope this helps,

                          I am having this same issue. I am not sure how to locate my case number so that it can be reviewed. Can you tell me where to find my case number so I can reply to the thread. I would like to have my digital copy of Identity Thief, not King Kong

                            Click on the SUPPORT tab at the top center of your screen, and then on YOUR CASES. It will bring up the page where your open and closed cases are. If you have not opened a case, just click on E-MAIL SUPPORT and it will let you type in your problem and send it to them. Hope this helps,
