Uncle Buck [Blu-ray 025192193392] - BD identified as DVD

It's from a BD 2-pack of Uncle Buck & Fletch. The Fletch BD is recognized properly, the Uncle Buck BD is misrecognized as the DVD version.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Just discovered this thread. I love the service, but the spottiness of movie recognition can be annoying. Anyhow:

The Red Violin - Meridian Edition (DVD) - 031398240808: Not Recognized
                The Right Stuff - 30th Anniversary Edition (Blu-Ray) - 0883929180066: Not Recognized
                The Fugitive - 20th Anniversary Edition (Blu-Ray) - 88392933096: Not Recognized

Also getting a weird problem with the blu-ray of The Bourne Identity. The program recognizes the disc, and offers to convert to HDX for $2, but in the cart it's listed as being converted to SD. The other two movies in the trilogy do not exhibit this problem. Removing from the cart and re-adding does not solve the problem.

"The Patriot: Extended Edition" bluray shows up as "The Patriot [bluray] - DVD" and charges DVD prices.

This one may be intended. We don't currently have the extended edition of "The Patriot".

                        Haven't seen this one yet...
                        Movie: 'Alice' Blu-Ray 2009 [UPC: 0 31398 12092 6] N/R, 184 min

VUDU To Go Message: "This disc 'Alice [Blu-ray] - BLURAY - 2009' is not eligible for Disc to Digital conversion."

Possible Cause of Issue: 'Alice [Blu-ray] - BLURAY - 2009' (NR / 184 min.) appears on the In-Home Disc to Digital list of eligible titles as 'Alice 2010 / Blu-ray / NR / 184 min'. Note: 'Alice' was released, (aired on SyFy) in the US on 6 December 2009 and the DVD/Blu-Ray was released for purchase on 2 March 2010. So if the Disc to Digital system uses "Year" as part of it's criteria for disc identification/verification, then correcting the disparity would solve the problem.

                          Hi Dan,

Per your 11/25 post: Fixes for:
Entered: The Big Lebowski Blu-ray (025192072895) | Recognized: The Big Lebowski DVD
Entered: The Shining Blu-ray (085391157106) | Recognized: The Shining DVD
                          were forthcoming.

However, for The Big Lebowski Blu-ray (025192072895) I still have an issue.
The definition selection page has been corrected, & it offers $2 HDX only and shows the disc as Blu ray (no special edition or combo pack which is good because I just have the single disc). But when I select HDX, it adds SD to my order list:
[Copied from order page of app]
"The Big Lebowski [WS] [Limited Edition] [DigiBook] [Blu-ray] - DVD
                          SD"

So it knows its a Bluray, but its not the same edition, and for some reason it thinks I would want to buy it in SD?

For The Shining Blu-ray (085391157106) similar issue. Reads correctly as bluray, but once HDX is selected, order shows SD.
[Copied from order page of app]
                          "The Shining [Blu-ray] - DVD
                          SD"

Again, there was no DVD included with my blu-ray, so I'm not sure why it shows [Blu-ray] - DVD on the order.

I have a similar ongoing issue with Big Trouble in Little China Blu Ray (024543602767). I have two BR copies (mine and my folks). If I use either copy on my account it shows BR, but changes to SD on the order. But if I logout & login to my folks account on my computer I can buy HDX! Same PC, same Blu ray drive, either disc works or doesn't depending on account. Both discs were purchased at the same place and time by me, so they are as similar as can be. As for the other two, when I tested my discs in my folks account, the problem persisted. Thought this may be significant (like the missing link), but maybe it can help you guys cause I'm still stumped.

Do I need to refresh some settings, delete a cache, or change anything to get it to update and place the orders properly? Tried uninstalling and re-installing app and AIR, ran CCleaner, but no dice (for any of them). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Or any info about the process of going from selection to order so I can try and find a work around myself? When I submitted error report they just suggested taking pics and sending to get HDX upgrades, but that doesn't help fix anything (so wheres the fun in that?).
Anyone else try these titles "since the fix was put in"? Thanks!

This is the same problem I'm observing with the Bourne Identity, so I don't think it's just you.

The 2012 movie Chronicle is listed as being D2D on the Excel spreadsheet and Vudu's website, yet the D2D program says that it is not eligible for conversion.
