Is there a Disc-to-Digital cache that prevents changing order from DVD to BD?

So had three movies that I originally scanned DVD copies for disc to digital, but then found out that we actually have BD copies of the same movies. I removed the original entries from the cart before buying and used the BD to scan again, they were recognized as BD, and I selected the HDX file for $2. But afterwards, it showed it still at the DVD price and resolution I had chosen previously.

I deleted them again and submitted the order without them, thinking I'd just do another order afterwards, but it still inputs them as if it's the DVD in the order, despite the fact that the program shows it's a BD when it scans the disc and says it's just $2 for the HDX version but the "shopping cart" shows just SD resolution for the $2. I'm hesitant to continue without knowing I'm going to actually get the HDX resolution.

I uninstalled the VudotoGo and reinstalled. Same thing. Uninstalled and installed in a different directory. Same thing.

Is there a cache at the system end that has to be cleared? My next step is to attempt to install my BD burner on a laptop but I'm thinking I'm going to end up with the same results as I'm suspecting the order cache is in the cloud at the Vudu end.

    Suggestions? Thanks.

Anytime you remove a title from vudutogo it will be added to the in store Disc to Digital list. Removing the title(s) in question from that list would allow you to add the BD version with vudutogo.

Check http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html that's where they'll be stored, just remove them from this list and put the blu-ray through again, it should work fine.

Thanks for the responses. I actually figured it out on my own about an hour after I submitted my post when I stumbled upon the store queue and saw the discs in questions there. However, this initial forum post hadn't been cleared yet by the moderator and wasn't visible so I couldn't say "Never Mind."

At least this might serve as a future reference for others because I had searched the forums and hadn't had any luck in finding the applicable answer. Thanks again.
