Fox had a few releases that were UV only, but are now back to UV and iTunes again. Same with Lionsgate. They keep going back and forth. I wish they would just drop iTunes for good.

    Interesting move by them.
This may give us an idea of all the future DMA partners with which they are trying to work out deals. Eschewing UV for a very-nearly universal viewing ability through multiple UV services and others.

This HG #2 is weird. Looks like the DVD copy is UV only, but the Bluray copy is combo UV / iTunes.

Not sure what to make of that.

    HG#2 = UV & iTunes, same as HG#1.

Moving LG back to combo status.

Yes you are right. I looked at my case and it did have iTunes. It was my first title I added to UV and I guess cause of that I just remembered it as being a UV only title.

It was one of the very first UV titles and the fact it had iTunes too is not surprising. Back then, iTunes was the defacto standard. What a difference now. Between the release of the first Hunger Games and the second, the digital copy redemption market has fallen away from Apple and DECE has all but taken over.
