You may be able to get the title in question to show by using the filter option next to the search text box. After selecting the retailer the title is from you may need to refresh the page to index the retailer.

Mine reloaded all of the titles earlier today but it's now showing zero titles.

EDIT: Logging out and logging back in restored all of the titles.

I just noticed that even though I redeemed Justice League War through Vudu it shows I own it standard def through Flixster (in addition to HD through Vudu) and I can't delete the duplicate. They also spelled League wrong Way to build confidence UVVU

Just want to say their site is garbage. I only see my most recent 16 movies on uvvu.com whether I clear cookies/history or try firefox or IE. Just those 16 every time.

Also, for the life of me I CANNOT unlink my Flixster account using either IE or Firefox either. Worthless!

WOW does no one understand the word "beta". Yes the site sucks but it's in beta just like the Vudu in home disc to digital program. If it's in beta for almost a year like the D2D program then you start to question the progress. Let's at least give them a chance. At the very least they must be aware the other site sucked and are trying to make the experience better.

You just can't please some people.

The web site is more like an alpha . They should have kept their old site live, until this new beta is more functional. Calling it Beta is not an excuse for it to be broken, but it is what it is.

In case you missed it there is a "Save Changes" button on the bottom of the linked services page. The button didn't work for me though until a few days ago.

Did you miss where it was NOT in beta for months, and then they suddenly redesigned the site and came out with this much buggier "beta" at the same time?

Funny how they made it a beta after all of the initial problems were first reported. In addition, what was wrong with the original site? There's nothing wrong with keeping the existing site while they iron out the issues with their beta site. The problem they've run into is the fact that they completely replaced a functional web site with a beta site that is less than such.

Agreed. The UV site for me is almost totally worthless at this point. I only have (4) pages of (16) titles each showing (I have 630+ movies and 200+ TV episodes) and 1.5 pages are all of the episodes in Nikita S3. I actually have (4) User accounts setup on UV so I really can't even see, as I add new titles, whether or not the (4) Users have access to these new titles or not. I assume they do without contacting all of them.

For instance, today at Vudu, I added the UV code of All Is Lost. It shows up on Vudu just fine but I go to the UV website and it doesn't show up at all. I assume it is in my UV account but I just can't tell.

UV started a ticket for me on this on 1/24.

They closed it FOUR TIMES, probably because there had been no follow-up, but I kept reopening it, telling them it wasn't fixed. Yesterday they FINALLY forwarded it to technical support! Almost three weeks and it wasn't even looked at by tech support? What kind of operation are they running?!?

UV support is VERY unprofessional. UV management has a lot of work ahead of them in order to improve the quality of support provided.

I had my ticket forwarded to tech support when I had 0 titles in the main account. They asked for a temp password so they could research the issue. That was about 10 days ago. I have sent several emails requesting status of this ticket and never get a response. They don't even say they are still working on it. UV support is basically non-existent.

Oddly enough their old site seems to be working better now than it used to. I no longer get "no titles" screens when I click on a refinement. Still can't search though.

I'm seeing issues with the link provided by Moweb. Currently the movie "42" is the only title showing up. It shows up four times per page and on every page. I've yet to see any other title or per se get past this title. I only have one copy of this movie and never had that issue before with the old site.
