D2D Problem at Walmart

In submitted this to Vudu Support a week ago but haven't heard anything back in response:

I just got back from trying to convert 12 disc to digital at my local Walmart. It was 10am on a Saturday. I spent 30 minutes in the store talking to the customer service department (who had never heard of the disc to digital program) the photo department (sent me to wireless), the wireless department (had never heard of the program and told me to come back another day) and a manager (who had heard of the program but didn't know how to do it and was unsuccessful at finding a way). I can't convert the disc at home because I don't have a computer with a blu ray drive at home and it appears my walmart store is unable to convert discs. Please help. How can I convert my discs?

sadly vudu has liitle/nothing to do with training or upkeep of instore D2D. i would recommend contacting other walmarts around you to see if they know how to do it.

if no one knows call walmart corporate and complain..

honestly it super easy to do in store for associate...once they actually do it.

next time you go in to d2d, have the wireless associate do this

*at home before you go in
0a.in word make a text file with your name/email/movies/whether the movies are dvd or blu ray/ what format you want
0b.print up the document
0c. on vudu make a d2d wishlist of the movies youre bringing in to the store..@ vudu.com/disctodigital

1. log in to the wireless kiosk
2. look for i think its called other programs..click it
3.look for vudu disc to digital...click it
4. give the associate the document of your wishlist with email
5. give the associate your movies
6. they should be able to print up a upc of the checkout cart of said movies.
7. cash out
