Elizabethtown on VUDU- altered from original version

I purchased the Elizabethtown Disc (DVD) to Digital (HDX) conversion. After watching it this evening I noticed that several songs that are part of the film's soundtrack are now missing. The music, or lack thereof, is quite noticeable and actually changes the tone of the film. I'm assuming there may be issues with rights to those songs, but I don't understand why Vudu can't provide a warning to the customer that the film they are about to purchase has been modified from its original version.

They get the copy from the studio. If the studio doesn't tell them, they don't know.

If you can give me some time stamps and a description of each issue, i would be happy to speak with our content team about it.
