Blu-Ray titles being switched to SD after adding to cart

I've registered over 400 movies on Vudu over the past year with very few issues, but lately when I try to register a blu-ray title, the Vudu-to-Go software correctly recognizes it as blu-ray and offers me the $2.00 price, but when I add it to cart it shows up as SD. I've tried removing the titles and adding them again but the problem still persists. Anyone else experiencing this? I only have one PC with a blu-ray drive so I can't simply try this on a different computer.

There are some movies that despite being on Blu-ray, they're only offered through Vudu as SD.

Thanks for the reply. The movies I am trying to add (Galaxy Quest, The Evil Dead, and Gangs of New York) are available in HDX on Vudu. You can even edit them after they've been added to the cart as SD and choose to upgrade to HDX for $5.00, which is pointless since I own the blu-ray versions and they are recognized as such in VuduToGo. The disconnect is occurring between adding them to cart as HDX and showing up in the cart as SD.

I tried to convert Scream 4, and not only did my Blu-ray come up as a DVD, it switched from HDX to SD in my cart. Luckily, the Blu-ray version comes with the DVD, so I converted the DVD instead, which appeared in my cart as HDX, but not the Blu-ray!

I saw this behavior this past weekend myself--blu-ray copy kept reverting to SD even though the HDX is available on Vudu

I've found a way, quite by accident, on how to solve this issue. Go to www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html. Remove the one that is acting weird, after deleting it from your in home conversion list, then add it back as the blu-ray as if you were going to take it into the store. Then use the in home conversion again and it will appear correctly as the HDX version of your Blu-Ray.

Hope this helps everyone having the issue.

Thanks a million Jerry8169! That worked perfectly! I was able to add all three blu-rays as HDX.

This worked for me on a Blu-ray recognized as a DVD -- arguably the stupidest of all Vudu D2D errors. (Blu-ray isn't even the same disc structure as DVD, so how on earth does it read a Blu-ray as a DVD?) Since it might not work if you miss a step (it did that on me), here's the exact steps:
                    1. Open Vudu To Go and insert the disc. Choose SD, then delete from your cart and close.
                    2. Go to www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html ; the title should be in your in-store D2D cart. Delete it (this was the part I missed).
                    3. Look up the title on that page, and add it back to the in-store D2D cart as Blu-ray-to-HDX.
                    4. Reopen Vudu To Go and reload the disc. It will initially show DVD again, but once you click the SD button it will appear in your cart as Blu-ray-to-HDX.
