Out of your list only Pitch Perfect is Ultraviolet. Movies need to be UV to be eligible for Disc to Digital. Ultraviolet status is not determined by Vudu, it is a Studio decision.

There have been a few D2D titles that were not UV so that isn't a requirement for D2D, but it is the norm.

No it is a requirement, those movies either were mistakes or were in the process of becoming UV.

          http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html
All Disc-to-Digital titles and movies* you own on VUDU will now be UltraViolet compatible.

Some of these movies are impossible (Avengers, Thor, Howling) seeing as MGM and Disney own them, and MGM and Disney simply don't support D2D.

That said, American Werewolf in London would be nice. It's a Universal title, so it's surprising it isnt UV or D2D yet.

Another couple oddities: Mel Brooks' 'History of the World Part I' and 'Young Frankenstein'. Both films are from Fox, who generally support UV. Their D2D omission is unfortunate.

The big ones I'm waiting on are (not including MGM or Disney titles) are:

            Scream 2
            Scream 3
            JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time
            Young Frankenstein
History of the World Part I
            Explorers
            Revenge of the Nerds

It drives me nuts that I have Scream 1 and 4 in my collection, but not 2 and 3. Also I have all the Revenge of the Nerds sequels, but not the original.

Re: Movies I'd like to see added to disc to digital

MGM actually does support UV, but hasn't added many of their catalog titles yet. There have been a few that were UV at one point, but were later removed.

              Robocop 1,2,3
              Hot Tub Time Machine,
              Good Bad Ugly
              Hang Em High
              A Fistfull of Dollars
              For A Few Dolloars More

I have heard reports that some studios wanted to delay the launch of UV until the Common File Format was ready. Fox was one of those studios. Maybe when it is ready, more titles from Fox and MGM will be released.

I think with MGM, they've been through bankruptcy so many times, it's hard to know who owns what when it comes to their catalog titles. I believe this is what's causing the delay on their part. They probably have a team of lawyers working 24/7 just trying to figure out what they actually own.

I can understand why they initially wanted to wait until the CFF was ready. With the CFF, it lets them do a single encode, package it according to a single spec, and give it to all providers. I think it became apparent the CFF had no chance of being finalized before the originally agreed upon rollout date, and they may have agreed that it was better to get something out there (streaming) to at least get UV some mindshare with consumers.

I would love to see the comedy classic "Bachelor Party" with Tom Hanks added to UV/Vudu. As far as I know that gem never even made it to DVD. One of the funniest movies ever but a sense of shame for Tom Hanks.

also could someone finally get "Frequency" with Jim Caveziel loaded already.

"Seabiscuit", "Hidalgo" would also be nice to have

Also like to see 'Always" with Richard Dreyfuss and Audrey Hepburn (her last role btw).

And HDX version of "The Abyss" seriously they have SD but not HDX.

Thanks Lujan for the link. Havent checked in years cause i just gave up on looking. Still wish it was on Vudu.

Another one is the 2009 horror movie "The Collector" (not the 60's version with Terrence Stamp). Now Vudu does have the 2012 sequel "The Collection" and I have that but want the 2009 version. Awesome scary movie from the creators of the Saw series.

Another is "Starman" with Jeff Bridges.
