Blacklist UV not compatible with VUDU?

Just purchased Blacklist season 1 on blu-ray today and redeemed the UV code on Sony's website. The only episode that transferred to my VUDU account was the pilot. Any reason why? Supposed to be transferable across the board.

I redeemed on Vudu and it worked fine in both the parent UV account and sibling UV accounts.

Understood, but here is the catch. IF you redeem on VUDU and it does not show on VUDU in HDX because SD is the redemption output on VUDU, SONY will NOT reset it for you more than once. SO I was told to always redeem on parent company so that they can fix it on their end for UV compliant titles.

Though I don't own this title, that's how I usually do my UV code redemptions as well; both studios and UV retailers have more incentive to make sure UV issues (i.e., ALID) are fixed when the license originates from the studio itself. (That includes Flixster for WB titles only, since WB owns Flixster and it's usually WB's only official redemption option.) Though the majority of my UV licenses originate from Vudu, those are mostly D2D (only Vudu offers D2D from Blu-ray and the 50% discount); most of my Vudu code redemptions are from titles without a studio UV option (Fox, Lionsgate, older Universal codes, Vudu-only codes, etc.)

I suggest you start a ticket with Vudu tech support; Vudu is probably misreading the code Sony sent thru UV (ALID) as for one episode instead of the whole season. If Vudu tries to brush it off (hopefully they won't, especially if DanielH gets involved), contact Sony.
