    ERROR on Vudu To Go - Order Summary

    I am having a problem with VUDU To Go. I have 5 movies in my order summary. If I click proceed to checkout, I get a message saying We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later. I get the same thing if I click on edit the order summary. This has been going on for 3 days. I have contacted Vudu but still have not gotten a response. I am not sure what the problem is. However, I added a movie to the order summary. Then I realized I had a redemption code and redeemed it. Im wondering if the problem is that I am trying to add a title that is already in my account? I would simply remove it from my order summary, but can't because the edit link is not working. Can anyone help me???

                I am having the same problem. I caused it. I was doing VUDU-to go with some of my DVDs. I did Radio and RED. Then I noticed a bundle deal for RED and RED2. So I bought the bundle. I went to edit my cart in VUDU-to go to remove RED, but I get an error instead.

                I don't know what 'PM me' means or I would have sent you my email address. Can you help? You can clear my cart or just remove RED.

                    I am having a similar issue. I have 2 movies in my cart, and I can't edit the order or checkout. I need to edit / remove 1 before checking out, but I continuously get the same error
