The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Did Josh Trank's 'Chronicle' vanish from anyone else's library?

    I got it via Disc to Digital a long time ago, and it's no longer in my library.

    This is insane! This is the first time a title ever vanished from my collection before. I can't wrap my head around this one.

    I re-added it to my in store D2D list but it seems unfair that I have to pay another 2.00 when I already did this and it was in my library

        That is so weird. Thanks for checking. I guess I'll have to assume I was mistaken but I was so positive I had that one. I'll take the disc to Walmart next week

            I just checked and I missing Chronicle from my list too. But if you manually do a search for it, it shows up that its added on my account.

                Using that link, I see where I can BUY it, but that's just not gonna happen when it was there last time I noticed.


                And now with the size of my library, I'm concerned what else could be missing......

                  PM me your email address on Vudu and I can verify if Chronicle was on your account for you. I've checked the other users accounts and I do see Chronicle on their accounts.

                    I'm going to butt in here because I also have a huge library and I also was certain that I had Chronicle. Then I did some checking and found that I do indeed have Chronicle but only on iTunes. It was one of the first movies I ever got a digital version of and I probably got iTunes just because that was a service I was familiar with or perhaps it was an iTunes only code. Well, at least now I know another one to add to my d2d pile.

                      FelipeF says it was never in my collection, and while I trust him and know that if he says it, then there must be something to it, I am 97.5% certain that it was previously in there. This is a real head scratchier for me.

                      Also, of all the titles available on Vudu (and there are thousands), what are the odds that I would think that one particular title was missing from my library, post it to the forums, and then have three or four other people all find that of the thousands of titles on Vudu, that exact same title happens to be missing from their library, too? It seems like too much of a coincidence. I am so certain it was in my library.

                      A have to go to Walmart to D2D it a 2nd time. I went up to the attack and got it out of the bin in the attack where I keep Blu-Rays I've already added to Vudu. They only go up there after they come back from Walmart. So It shouldn't even be in that bin in the attack if it hadn't been D2D'd yet. It would be on the DVD shelf in the basement with the other titles that haven't been taken to Walmart yet or aren't eligible for D2D.

                        Still in my account. Acquired originally in SD by a VUDU code if I'm not mistaken. Got HDX later when it became UV enabled, not sure if it was auto-upgraded or if I did D2D for it.

                          Chronicle has reappeared in my list of titles. It was missing as others had mentioned, but in my case it was only missing from the list of titles. If I did a manual search, it showed up as that I had it in my collection.

                            I have started writing down my collection on paper and try to snip pictures also for future reference. I too have felt movies have been lost. I just had to re-add Jack Reacher in the last week to my collection and folks I know it was there previously. Thought I had Chronicle too but can't swear by it due to my collection being around 800 titles.

                            Must say this does make me somewhat nervous. Thought I must have made a mistake and just couldn't remember correctly, but with others experiencing the same thing I think there had to be some type of glitch. So now I'll do my best to future proof these type of problems.
