    Error checking out cart

    I'm trying to convert to digital Alien Director's Cut dvd to digital and Wonder Woman 2017, but when i press checkout the error show ups, what's going on?

    Edit: I revised and the problem is general now, both mobile2digital and disc2digital (VUDUToGo) and in any movie. Is there a problem with my account?

    Mine has been doing the same thing for days. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but I emailed support but I haven't heard anything yet.

      I am having the same problem. I had 12 items in my cart, was ready to checkout and received the message: Error checking out your cart Sorry, there was an unexpected error while checking out your cart. Please try again. I read stuff on this forum. I deleted my credit card, reentered it - my card is current and I have more than enough credit on it. I deleted all items in my cart, then only selected three items. Still same message. Please let me know how to fix. Thanks in advance for your assistance...Abe Azar

        I have the same error. I was wondering if this is a similar issue to the "disappearing cart" that needs to be cleared to restart the transaction. My account is under email "brian.schellenberger@lsccom.com". Can a Mod clear my cart to see if it resolves this issue?

          I always use Paypal Credit and i doubt that's the problem because my Paypal Credit account is in good standing, it must be something on Vudu systems. I am worry because i will not be able to use the next $3 credits they offer afer watching a movie. Even i try to pay everything without discount and it did not help.

            From what I am reading, it appears that having our cart cleared may be the fix we all need. If so, would you please clear out my cart so I can again resume making my purchases. Thank you so much!...Abe Azar

I read somewhere that if there still one penny in rental credit it may be a cause. You could try and remove the penny that still in credit balance.

                      Any chance you can look at my Vudu2Go? I've been trying to clear my cart since my niece got some of the same titles I wanted well they were UV but every time I try to edit it says "we are unable to complete this transaction"

                        Is working now with the penny trick, than so much, i'm really glad and greatful. It seems is a bug in the system then, hope Vudu fix it permanently so it won't happen again and bother you.

                          Check your account and see if you have some remaining balance from a rental credit, that may be the problem.
