Title in library, barcode not recognized

I found that both Avatar: The Last Airbender and Avatar: The Legend of Korra are both available in the Vudu library for purchase. When trying to scan them the app says Barcode not recognized. What's more, when I scan Book 1 of The Last Airbender the app says Disney does not participate in Disc to Digital, even though the show is from Nickelodeon and, as previously stated, is available in the Vudu library. Please help!!

These titles are not eligible for conversion. You can search for eligible content that can be converted at the link below.

Darn, I thought they were if they were in the library. Thanks for letting me know.

I've never seen any TV series be eligible for D2D, which is a HUGE shame, and a missed opportunity for Vudu, as I'm not going to drop $200 for LOST or $300 for Supernatural after already having bought all the physical versions, but I'd definitely be tempted to pay $30-40 scanning my physical copies (and much MUCH less for smaller/shorter shows - like I already paid $30 & $40 respectively for Airbender & Korra, so I definitely don't want to have to spend that much again).

(EDIT: And yes, I realize LOST is ABC, which is owned by Disney, so even if Vudu implemented a system that worked for TV shows, that would not be one of them unless Disney finally decided to play along.)

There are some TV seasons and series that have been available in D2D and M2D previously. Search Season and you'll find some that are still available.

Even using this method don't be surprised when your movie is "not eligible." I'm beginning to think only Walmart purchased movies upcs are eligible. Also many movies change studios, which screws everthing up more. Good Luck!
