The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     D2D Titles That Require HD Upgrade ($5 from DVD), but BR are Sold At Walmart

    These 50+ D2D-eligible titles (some old - some new) only list a DVD version in the D2D List, but a BR exists for each, and is being sold at Walmart). I've made a list.

    Seems the BR should be added to the D2D list - to save folks a few bucks...when they use (or take in) their discs on these titles.

    Just to make sure I understand you, you're saying there is no HDX version on VUDU for the movies on that list?

      Not quite - I'm saying that in the VUDU D2D list/databse, there is no BR copy listed.

      This means you must pay the "upcharge" $5.00 for HDX from DVD) - as if only a DVD existed for each of these titles, to get HDX quality in your UV library.

      Since BR exist, and could be used to D2D, and and those same BR are sold at Walmart, it seems like they should be added to the VUDU D2D list/database, so that you would only pay $2.00 for HDX from BR.

        Just added MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE - a BR of this title is sold at Walmart, but the D2D program only has it for HD UPGRADE from DVD.

        Also, MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE is suffering from the "Ineligible" error - so Content needs to flip that switch, along with others that suffer from that error.
