Disc to Digital Scanner not working

    Disc to Digital Scanner not working

    When I try to use the disc to digital in the VUDU app for android, it opens the camera without the scanner bar window. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. It has the latest update as well. I've contacted support and they said they were looking into it. That was over three months ago and no response back. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

    I've been having the same problem. It's been nearly a month since this was posted; has there been a resolution?

      I've been having the same problem for sometime now. I've update my payment info, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Nothing I've tried works. Vudu customer service sadly has not been helpful with this issue.

        Yes exactly the same issue I am experience with the app and I have also search a lot on net but I have not found anything yet which is helpful for this.

          Apparently the way this works has changed after an app update. Now after you click on Scan Barcode the camera automatically detects the barcode and using a rectangle is no longer necessary.

            Same issue here,
            Tried 3 different phones (androids) and even an IOS that says click 'Convert Disc' button that does nothing when clicked. Anyone get resolve on this?

                Its been fixed now, I faced the same issue you are talking about.

                  This problem still exists. My Pixel 5A does not scan when the camera is open. I can snap a picture, but the APP will not scan the UPC. Frustrating.

                  I've used this APP many times successfully, but the Disc to Digital function hasn't worked properly for me in months.

                    Vudu should have never updated the disc to digital...it was fine the way it was before..now it's crap

                      when scanning your dvd to digital (d2d) you take the pitcher then hit Retry or Ok if you pitcher is blurry hit retry if it is good hit OK then it will scan the movie or tv shows.

                        App is now absolutely DIABOLICAL.

                        It either does not work. Disc to Digital is worthless. Won't scan. Won't load. Keeps asking you to log in. WHAT THE HELL ARE THE DEVS GETTING PAID FOR!
                        If I could move all my movies to another service, I would. VUDU is becoming unusable. Esp the disc to digital....WORTHLESS now!

                          I agree. Frustrating as anything. I am stuck in a freaking loop. Login, click the scan button, take a picture, get logged out and have to start all over. BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM AND SCREW GOOGLE TAKING A CUT DANGIT.

                            I am also facing the same issue on my Samsung S21, did you find any solution?
