    Missing movies

I honestly have no idea what's going on with my account.
When I sign into the app, I have 9 movies in my library. When I sign in through the website I have 19 available movies in my library. Only two titles show up in both places. And there are still some that don't show up in either. (I read how that might be due to the blu-ray or whatever) I just really want to know what's going on and how to fix it.
I've never had or used anything other than Vudu for movies. Any help is appreciated.

My problem is that I know for a fact I used Disc To Digital to buy Beetlejuice, but now it’s not in my library. It makes me wonder how many other movies I’ve bought that have been removed.

You both should start keeping track of your titles. Google "FMBB VUDU Collection" and "TkDiff". You can use both to keep track, and always keep a spreadsheet, I recommend Google Sheets. If you need help, just shoot me a PM.

And now my copies of the Toby Maguire Spider-Man movies are gone.

Without a doubt I know I owned High Fidelity, and now its on sale and not in my collection. This has happened so many times and I'm sure its Vudu removing titles from my collection. Perhaps they remove one version and replace it with another or something. But I've found no way to prove it. I know Vudu only seems to send me purchase emails like 1/4 of the time. Obviously I should do a spreadsheet like suggested below, but don't know if even that would even be proof or if anyone exists in customer support who would do anything about it.

I heard Walmart started removing bar codes after Vudu was purchased. Vudu explained it as email not matching email of account holder using that barcode but I am sceptical of that. I think they just remove titles randomly for various reasons.

Walmart can't remove barcodes from M2D, only the studio can have their movies removed from M2D. You are prob. getting it confused with InstaWatch, when people were getting their "receipt" codes through other means than buying them from Walmart themselves, which Vudu did remove a handful of IW titles from people's accounts.
