Can’t find my movie after I attempted to convert it.

    Can’t find my movie after I attempted to convert it.

    I’ve tried twice to convert a DVD movie to digital and after I clicked agree with the MA account, it brings me to the main screen with a bunch of movie titles but I cannot find the one that I tried to convert. I can’t find my cart or library that people keep mentioning. Waited for a long time in a chat room for a live representative of Vudu but no one came. I just joined today and I’m already frustrated. :/

    I do disc to digital a lot. It is easy once you get the hang of it. FIrst, you must do this on your phone, it no longer works via computer. Install the app. Then make sure your phone is set for location because VUDU must verify you are at your home where your billing address is, or it wont work. Once it verifies this then scan the bar code on a movie you own, and it will ask you do you want to convert, you choose yes, and it adds it to your cart that is on your phone. (this is all done on your phone app) Once you have converted all you want to convert, then you pay and check out. They automatically load into your library and you can view them on whatever device you watch movies on. I use a roku and watch them on my TV. Have you checked to be sure the movie is able to be converted? Many are not. I don't know why you wrote you clicked agree with the MA acct. MA is movies anywhere and they dont do disc to digital conversions. They ONLY do redeemed codes or direct purchase. Many movies that are converted via vudu are only on MA or and some are on both MA and Vudu, it depends on various issues and is a movie by movie basis. I hope this helped.

      If you were successful at converting it, it would be in your "My Vudu" section at the top if you filter it by purchase date. If it's not there, then it didn't go through with the purchase, and by the way it sounds with the MA issue, it didn't. If you don't have an MA account, create one first on their site, then link the two together in MA's setting, then trying converting again. If all that fails, call Vudu at 18885548838.
