Items missing from MYUV library....please assist

    Items missing from MYUV library....please assist

    Hey all. So I was checking out my myuv library last night, and it says I only have 1,005 ultraviolet titles. I currently have 1,258 movies on VUDU in addition to a bunch of UV television content. Not all of those movies are UV enabled, but there are certainly more than 1,005 that are. The television content that does show up in my myuv library displays as incomplete, showing only 4 episodes per season. Some specific films I notice are missing are Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King (extended Edition) and Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Pt. 2. I tried refreshing my library, but that had no effect. Now the interesting thing is that despite the content being missing from my myuv library, it shows up fine in all of the linked services. This includes the 2 films I listed, as well as all of the television content. Does anyone else have this issue? It seems all my rights are registering as they are supposed to, as they do show up in linked services, but I find it unnerving that it's missing from my myuv library. I tried to locate a myuv customer service email adresss but was unable to locate it. Can someone please post it if they have it? Any insight that anyone may have on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I'm also missing movies I had 2147 right now I'm showing 1157... How could 990 titles just vanish?

      But the missing titles still show up in your other linked services, right? (Meaning those rights must still be registered at MYUV but just aren't displaying.)

        They are still refreshing large libraries 1000+ in size is what I was told mine does not show about 800 ish movies but if you look on shared services they are still available

          It's not just large libraries they are working on. I have less than 1,000 movies and all show up on all my accounts, but the UV sites says i have 6,000 titles.

            I'm assuming you meant 600 and not 6,000?

                My UV library is also only showing 622 of 714 UV movies I own. All tv series are missing a majority of the episodes.

                  I emailed myuv.com about this issue. They responded that they are upgrading their databases and that this is affecting everyone. They don't have an estimated time when this will be complete.

                  Sometimes when I log in, I see someone elses library. I think we just need to wait for them to finish their update.

                    If the movies show in VUDU, then you obviously own them in MYUV. If they are not showing in MYUV, but are in VUDU then I don't see the problem. If the movies are missing in both, then something is broken. If the movie is missing in MYUV but shows in VUDU, then there's just a visual glitch in MYUVs system (which there is) and absolutely nothing wrong. If the movies start disappearing from VUDU, then you have a problem.

                      I have been missing all my UV movies in Vudu since around Nov 15. There are many problems going on right now. This is all very unsettling.

                        Any luck getting them back yet? I am missing over 1800 movies in VUDU and probably 3500 items in MyUV.

                          I'm missing about 1,000 titles in my VUDU library. Something is wrong with myuv.com as well - it's only showing a total of 292 titles in my library. However when I login to Flixster - I see everything and it doesn't appear to be missing any UV titles. Is this happening to anyone else? Is this a UV issues or VUDU issue?

                            THOUSANDS of movies missing from VUDU ... passed to MYUV

                            I was surprised to see my VUDU main count go from 4,770+ films to 1,546 two days ago, and then two 1,545 today.

                            I checked with VUDU's customer service, and they say they see all my movies, but it appears as if THOUSANDS all got deleted (by me allegedly), all on 12/5 at 11:10 am.

                            Yep - somehow I deleted over 3,000 movies all within 1 minute's time from my UV library - except that they all show at MYUV.

                            Hmmm - well, now I am passed to MYUV to see if they can figure out what the eff is going on.

                              The same problem I'm having. 336 titles are showing in myuv.com, 1,160 titles are showing on Vudu and Flixster shows 2,235 titles. Whenever I add another movie into Vudu account another disappears never going over 1160. My transaction hsitory shows over 3200 redemptions. I'm missing movies like Home Alone 2 a holiday staple that I was excited to watch. It's horrible because I purged my entire physical library except for 3D movies because 3D is expensive for digital copies. Now I have to tell friends and family I need my movies because because the Vudu service that I was so happy about and tell everyone they should get just doesn't care about 1,000 movies missing. I just pre-order Storks 3D yes I keep the disc but I'm sure my son will watch the Digital copy on Vudu. I don't count the digital copy as free and something I can just lose I count it as part of the purchase but I free that's how customer service is treating my missing titles like oh you got it for free so why should be bother. I replaced every TV in my house just to get UHD with Dolby Vision. Who would replace a barely old 2015 LG 55EG9600 OLED for a Vizio P-Series? No one but a customer who loves Vudu and the service they provide but if they don't care about my issue which haven't been fixed since November 29th can I please get a refund on my disc to digital conversions.
